Deliveries and Dispatch

Once an order has been received, Safari Meats & SA Shop aims to dispatch the parcel within 3 business days considering the order was placed before delivery cutoff times. This may vary for special instances including bulk meat orders, back ordered stock, etc. If there are any delays with your order, we will contact you to inform you of this. As many of our products are perishables and require quick delivery, we must adhere to strict order deadlines to get all orders out by the courier delivery cut off days. No orders will be dispatched on a Friday.

All orders are couriered using the Aramex New Zealand courier service. To track a parcel, go to https://aramex.co.nz/tools/track/ and enter your tracking number. If you do not have a tracking number, please contact us on 03 389 7703. Any delivery times given by Safari Meats is an indication only and should not be taken as fact. Once an order leaves the Safari Meats premises, we no longer have any control over it or the delivery process. Therefore, once a package leaves with the courier, Safari Meats cannot accept responsibility for any damages or loss of parcels. We do try to the best of our ability to ensure the safe delivery of your products through the use of chilly bins and ice for fresh meat and by appropriately packaging all products.
